Naruto being a sage tell me somehow he will be key to the Juubi-plot, seeing how this thing gathers chakra in a way he understands. Maybe Obito and Kakashi will kamui this thing and Naruto somehow to the other dimension. Naruto and Sasuke got too powerful. If they were Kage level, I wouldn't mind but we can clearly see that Naruto can take on multiple Kage level fighters without breaking a sweat. His regular form, Sage Mode and even KM were well balanced. Since he got BM mode, even Killer Bee who's also really powerful looks like shit next to him lol.
I am afraid that Obito will die possibly killed by madara for messing things up or but most likely by kakashi and he will learn why rin died before he drifts off to the after life aka flashback. Then the juubi will knock bee out and start to overwhelm naruto and kurama then naruto is going to get this genius idea of using Sage Art: Amphibian Technique but instead of ma and pa he acts as medium and fuses with kurama and you will see the naruto in the chakra shroud not moving. he can do this because they can talk via a mental connection. Kyuubi sage mode will be born and then something will go wrong with the juubi like not enough 8atials power or nine tails power, madara will site obito childishness for rushing that is why it was mentioned again in this chapter. Jubi doesn't look all the menacing, if it even had no face at all it would look more scary, those teeth are lame. Obito and Madara are arguing like children on what to do with the most powerful force in Naruto, what happened to the plan they have been trying to achieve for the past couple decades? I'm assuming Madara has something up his sleeve, although both of them are connected to the Jubi. I haven't said this yet, but with the Jubi being revived, kages on slug support, ninja army on their way, and the Oro/Sasuke scene, someone important better die soon. I really don't care who it is as it could be almost anyone at this point.
The Juubi is totally ugly, no reputability. Thought that it would look like the demon it was supposed to be, like Gedo Mazo but with 10 tails and its huge horn at his back, maybe staying on all four feet. But the Juubi just looks like a fat, stupid potato sack. Sorry, but Kishimoto failed. When Juubi was illustrated the first time as a shade with his eye, it looked different. Shooting out entire Bijuu, seriously? The Bijuu, even Hachibi, firing five Bijuu Dama in quick succession? What Kishimoto does at the moment, drastically throwing over the power levels, really scratches his credibility. The Juubi fighting was.. well, cool, though in actuality it didn't happen much. It was a chapter of Naruto, so it can't be really bad.
Finally I'm hoping we'll find out what Infinite Tsukiyomi is supposed to achieve. The whole plan strikes me as Madara BS that I don't really buy into. I don't know how or why there is even a technique to bounce Tsukiyomi off of the moon. It seems as though the plan has a fatal flaw if it only works at night when the moon is visible. Maybe they should have held back on summoning the ten tails for a couple of hours and then they wouldn't have needed to summon the moon. They could have even put the Juubi together away from the battlefield if the Tsukiyomi was an instant win.
Now, before people start saying that because the eye is Obito's that he is indeed Obito, stop and think about the logic. If the fact that Tobi has Obito's eye is what makes him Obito, then you must be forgetting that he has enough Sharingan back in his crib to run an eyescream parlor big enough to put Breyer's out of business. To say that his eye makes him Obito is like saying that Tobi is Nagato due to his Rinnegan. Not to mention that he also had another sharingan in his fight with Konan. It's much more logical to assume that he is trading eyes the way Orochimaru traded bodies than it is to jump to conclusions. Therefore the identity theories are still uncertain. It's too early to say who exactly Tobi is.
It's like he is holding some sort of personal grudge against Kakashi. And it is that very fact that makes me lean toward the fact that it isn't Obito. Obito was completely at peace with what happened. I think that if he had been upset and angry then he wouldn't have given his eye to Kakashi. Tobi is a complete 180 degree turn around from Obito. The things Tobi says are the polar opposite of what Obito felt and expressed. In fact, Kakashi has even compared Naruto to Obito before, saying they were a lot alike. I haven't completely written off that Tobi could be Obito. I'd think it's more feasible that, like someone said earlier in the thread, Obito's body is being used by whomever or that Tobi stole Obito's other eye. Tobi's age is all wrong if he were to be Obito. Going on the fact that Kakashi and Obito were about the same age when Obito died, and by calculating how old Kakashi was when we were first introduced to him in Part 1, we can assume that Tobi's attack on Konoha with the Nine-tails happened a short time after Obito died. Kakashi and Obito were both 13 when Obito was killed and Kakashi was 26 in Part 1 of the manga, meaning he would have still been 13 at the time of the attack on Konoha. Obito would not have been able to grow up that much in such a short period of time.
I really do enjoy the chapters where its all out chaos and battle. I think we finally get to see a bijuu mode lasting more than 5 mins. I heard someone said kakashi closed his eye before naruto charged of in bm, possibly another kamui? Will naruto's raw bijuu power and Senju Will be enough to stop tobi? I'd like to see some more techniques he can do besides rasengan and tb in bm. Without hope there would be nothing to strive for. You have to have hope if you want to accomplish anything. Naruto always HOPED to be acknowledged by the people in his village and now the entire village recognizes him as a person and they respect him. Itachi HOPED to protect the village and, in most ways, he did. Gaara HOPED to be accepted and not feared by his village and he became Kazekage, not because villagers feared him but because they grew to love him. Naruto HOPED to become friends with Kurama one day and it's plain to see that they've become that. So, as you can see, hope can be a very powerful thing.
I believe it was Madara who discovered and rehabilitated Obito's crushed body, and I also believe that it was Madara not Obito who fought Minato! I reckon under Madara's supervision, he became Madara's pupil and begin to learn all the forbidden jutsus and gaining full control of his sharingan. And if it's one thing Kishi has taught us is that whoever your sensei is, their ideals and goals becomes your own. And after Madara died I believe it was then that Tobi decided to finish what Madara started, started wearing that same exact mask Madara wore whe he faced Minato, and even went to the point where he wanted to be refered to as Madara himself. I think Black Zetsu was always a part of Tobi since he always knows so much and hes the one who always goes missing when Tobi enters. But this is just a guess, if theyve been in the same place at once then I might be wrong. But, Tobi is somehow connected to Obito and Black Zetsu for those reasons at the moment. However, he might have used another body previously at the 9 tail incident, not sure exactly who but it could have been Kagami Uchiha since he was missing at the time. Also, if you look at page 13, there are two dialogue boxes over each of Tobi's eye. http://www.cwmalls.com
Madara does know how to raise people and raise himself or teach others to raise them selves from the dead. He made a statement saying if he knew before hand that these generation of kage were gonna be weak he would've taught Hashirama to raise himself from the dead befor hand. Zetsu being able to record things automatically removes all of the obito shouldn't know this and that. Because no one should be able to know everything that Tobis knows. Tobi knows everything about everyone. Even gain. But I Do no5 believe this is even an uchiha. Unless he can fight blindly.
With the 8 competitors shown today, we still have space for 5 more. Its most likely Gokudera, Chrome, Yamamoto and Flan for four of those spaces. I can't quite place who would fill the last spot
though. Ken and Chikusa were still both in the competition for team Verde, so unless one of the team Reborn members gave up their watch for Basil/Enma, I can see them both giving up their
watches. Perhaps the last spot is Gamma, since he seems like the strongest of those left and I very much doubt Iemitsu would come back.
I have a feeling Chrome, Goku, Hibari, Yamma, Older brother guy, and Lambo are all busy preparing their flames to be given over to refill pacifiers, and that is why they have all those extra watches. Explains why they haven't been seen yet too. Squalo probably got a varia cambio forma too, and with Dino it all depends if Romario is in the area since he has the comedic weakness of being clumsy if a member of his family isn't around, plus Dino is actually a strong fighter. I mean he was fighting Hibari on equal ground for a day or so after the last round.
Loved seeing Ginger Bread on this chapter. It so unexpected and yet so nice. So, it turns out that this Vindice guy Alejandro was the real Ginger. I liked the idea of an Arcobaleno puppetmaster, it explain why was Ginger so strong in Melone Base and feel that this could have been better explored, but I guess we are never going to see Alejandro/Ginger again. Still, I'm glad to see such a nice character again. I'm going to hope that Julie was using desert flames for the illusions at the 3rd location, hopes for the last 4 battlers: Gamma, Karou...I want to see his flame already, Julie(him or flan, just want an opportunity to see in what ways if any the desert flame differs from mist, and don't really have a 4th guy I'm dying to see fight, so will give it to Hibari.
Including bosswatches the combined teams have a grand total of 12 watches. So far we have seen only 8. This means the team that is about to attack the other two vindice has 5 members and will have Tsuna and the others joining them or Tsuna and the others are heading to Xanxus etc.
CC knows Law won't kill Monet because it would not help him. And if he did, CC is proboly willing to trade Monet for Law. If CC wasn't thinking rationally he would do what you are saying and just give Law his heart back. I think there's something more to Law's decision to give cc his heart, and I think it might have something to do with Law's crew. Law isn't stupid, and giving up his heart isn't just reckless, it's desperate. maybe the lives of his crew depends on him getting the mystery "key" on the island.
If he said "No, I won't agree to that" this 'key to throwing the New World into chaos' whatever it is might of been lost to him; especially considering that CC is a genius(supposedly) and that if this key is something of his arsenal (most likely Smiley in this case) he would have measures in place to make sure it would not fall into Law's hands if he simply went hostile against Caesar. Look at it as an investment. Law has a plan and knowledge of something that is probably in his opinion his 1 chance of progressing with his crew in the New World without being forcefully subjugated by a Yonkou. So in this case he invested a part of himself in this case his heart to guarantee that he could obtain this "key" he wants so badly. And if this "key" is capable of destroying a Yonkou then it certainly would be well worth it. Because face it, on his own his crew would be crushed by a Yonkou's without something special.
Let's talk about Poker for a second, Texas Holdem. This is the blind. You have Pocket Aces. Someone goes all in. Do you follow up by going all in, or do you fold? That's pretty much what Law did, he bet his life for a chance of winning big. And from what we can see, it is a pretty damn good chance, as good as he is going to get, considering all the effort Law put in to find CC in the first place, and willingly give up his heart. The reward potential alone is probably enough to justify the "gamble" of giving his heart to CC. And I don't think that he was without plan either and he may even of considered the possibility of CC asking this before meeting him. Monet and Vergo are technically Doflamingo's subordinates so if he underestimated anyone, it was DD and not CC.
Biceps, there are risks worth to be taken and risks that aren't. And is not about the reward only. More important is the chance of obtaining that reward. One could think that selling his soul to the devil could make him immortal. He would take a risk. But he would take a dumb risk cuz after giving his sould he would have nothing at his hand to take that reward. Not everyone that takes a risk is a winner. Most are losers. And one can be a winner exactly by not taking a risk that would lead to his lost. Luffy out sources his intelligence requirements to his crew. Law doesn't, so Law is as stupid as he apparently is. Why did he get MONET's heart. Wouldn't an exchange of both their hearts work better!? Unless CC has some sort of invisible suggestion gas that makes people more likely to follow along with what he says in a non-hostile or familiar situation; Law blundered.
Befeore we talk about this chapter, there is a funny news: Kenpachi fans simultaneously fangasmed worldwide. Many have reportedly suffered cardiac arrest from the joy and excitement. This is all
in a shocking contrast to the Byakuya fans worldwide who have fallen into depression and pronounced July 25 as an international day of mourning. Even now countless Byakuya fans have risen to
anger and are rioting and seeking to infiltrate Tite Kubo's manner though so far the Japanese Riot police have been managing to hold them off. I don't see how Kenpachi killing 2 SR is a problem.
It was obvious that if they had their bankai then the captains had a good chance of winning, but they were stolen. Kenpachi is as strong as any captain and does not rely on a bankai, so he had a
good chance of winning. Also, with that being the ace of the SR I'm sure they were surprised and overpowered by him in a flash making them easy kills. BB won't be the same. Hope for the best
Remember when Aizen was impaled against a wall in the early chapters before we knew he was evil. We thought he was dead and we all know how that paned out haha. Plus there's all the time ichigo has died and then there's when hitsugaya impaled momo and that guy who got a hand through his chest. To me no one is dead until i see there head detached from their body. Think about it. If the captains had their bankai they are at least on par with the SR. The SR trump card was their bankai stealing. They were likrly surprised tht kenpachi had no bankai yet he was as strong if not stronger than any captain with bankai. Surprise combined with massive power makes easy victories. I do love how Byakuya's final word is Renji not even his zombified sister that he screamed in fear of had the honour of Byakuya's final word. Also praises to Bane Quincy for the drop kick, that was plainly epic way to take out Renji good juxtaposition to the brutal way his captain went out. Now onto the final part of the chapter of the confirmation of Byakuya's death and with it Kubo now being George R.R. Martin of then shonen manga world (well in killing character wise) and we get to see Kenpachi being a total BAMF! But now that i seen the dead Quincy's werewolf arm I really wanted to see that fight, come on it's like one of those god awful B Grade movies like MegaGator vs Super Boa but much better its Werewolf Quincy vs Godpachi!
I just noticed something off As Nodt implied that the Vandenreich had intel about which Shinigami had Bankai's and which ones did not so which makes me ask the question why did those two Quincies go after Kenpachi while knowing he had no bankai and if the Vandenreich had intel who had Bankai's then they should also know how dangerous which Shinigami are especially the captain without one. Guess Kubo is getting ready to introduce Squad Zero by killing popular captains. First Byakuya and now probably Kenny, they'll also be followed by hitsu, doggie and soi. after that yama-jii will cry out of despair for the help of Squad Zero and they'll arrive and kick SR's asses. My guess is, the Gotei 13 will be pushed out of soul society and retreat. They will regroup and by then Urahara would have found a way to stop them from stealing bankai's. They will then attack at full force and since the SR are useless if they can't steal bankai, they will defeat the SR.
So byakuya is "dead" and kenpachi is going to throwdown with BB, i predict that BB and kenpachi will be evenly matched, i also predict that byakuya will be revived somehow cause kubo will seriously backpedal from all byakuya fans hatemail, though when ichigo does show up which will be after the quincy decide to retreat, that is when the RG will show up, cause SS will be in ruin and the only a hand full of shinigami will be left alive. If Byaukya was the last member of the main family, and Rukia's his sister (she's not going anywhere anytime soon. At this point she's the only one I know is gonna survive this. She's got "Survivor" written all over her, the same way Amanda from Blassreiter did) they might not have a choice.
But as strong as I think Zaraki may be, I don't think that he can beat BB. But seriously, ur right when u say that that his new eyepatch seals 20 times more reiatsu. But all those facts mean nothing practically. Look at renji: I've been training to fight Aizen. Here, he got owned by Rey Mysterio's big bro. I figure its kind of like super saiyan, super saiyan 2, etc. The boost seems amazing in numbers, but means nothing in a fight.
The thing that gets me if he is obito and is leaning toward that then why so long with the mask? I mean he would be the ultimate trickster because he would have fooled not 1 but 2 great ninjas
into believing he was madara. 1 being minato which he fought with and even after death didn't figure out he was fighting his student. Hell even jairaya knew he was fighting somebody similar to
his student in pein. But yeah I knew he got a look at him but he knew the eyes though. The second thing that really bakes my noodle is if he is going to be obito how did he fool itachi? Itachi
said he was madara and even recruited him with long hair before I gather a swap would have taken place. And he was with him the whole time. So if he was in fact obito why wouldn't itachi tell
sasuke something different, especially after he came back and had a change of heart.
It was already pretty obvious that the gedo mazou was the vessel of the Juubi. What is not obvious is that probably the main reason why Tobi wanted the rinnegan only after Nagato died was that you can control Gedo Mazou only with a Rinnegan after all Nagato originally summoned it when Yahiko got killed in the Hanzo incident and not for the abilities of the paths themselves. After all, besides the common vision of the edo jinchuurikis he hasn't used any other Rinnegan ability yet like absorbing Naruto's rasengan in the last chapter. Possibly you couldn't revive Juubi from Gedo Mazou without a Rinnegan too. A more important thing now is why he doesn't just phase out of the battle and go summon somewhere else. Though I'm guessing he can't manage that with the Statue already summoned. Tobi knows Kakashi very well and knows he is always quick to talk, just as he used to when they were team mates, then he states Kakashi is full of regrets, just as he knew, especially after Minato told him about Kakashi's Father and after the rock collapse, Kakashi blamed himself for what happened to Obito; so to me this solidifies it to me that a part of Tobi, is Obito, unless Rin is somehow involved, which i doubt.
Madara and Tobi created Pain and look what he did, why could they not have done something similar to Obito? Also there is still something puzzeling me about The guy from the senin powers village, when he said his clone called it the Curse mark instead of what it was originally called, so who is or was his clone and maybe Tobi/Obito is connected to it? And see Nagato gained the Rinnegan, most likely Madara's Rinnegan before Obito was Tobi. So unless Tobi's lying about that too it doesn't make sense. The general consensus is that Madara didn't live much longer after the loss of his eyes which wouldn't allow for him to meet Obito during the 3rd Shinobi World War. Obito was also able to use Izanagi? all we saw was his sight/mind going dark, we never saw a body after wards as the whole place collapsed and we never saw a funeral with a body either. so it is possible for what happened to Yamato, Pain and a few others as we know there were experiments being done by all villages, for Obito's body and fragmented mind to be fused with another, just as we see with madara, so it is possible; Kishi, just gave us a big hint, as Tobi made comments to Kakashi directly, just as he told him before about his Eye power not working on Him.
Madara had a plan with tobi to be revived and tobi said forget the plan im doing things my way, hence the reason tobi was so surprised to see edo mdara cuz he (tobi) felt that no one would be able to stop him if madara wasnt revived in the 1st place. Tobi didnt even know danzo had izanagi until it was activated, with that being said i dont think that tobi was a super spy to gain his info on kakashi, he just knew. i mean y would he be talking about living with regret to kakashi when kakashi is NOT a factor in the war at all.
My problem with it is that with that Tobi should've been spying on Kabuto to learn his true intentions and gain the upper hand. The Alliance to learn their tactics for the War. Naruto to learn where he was training and ambush him with no one else around. Sasuke to keep track of where he is. Orochimaru to find him after his betrayal and eliminate a threat. Basically, he should've been spying on every major character in the Naruto world.
I don't see him coming back as a complete Edo. I don't believe that Sasuke would be that foolish, especially after finding out that Madara stayed after the Edo Tensei ended. I feel that Sasuke would end up bringing Orochimaru back mostly as just a soul, to talk to him and get information. Sasuke knows this as he saw what Itachi did to him. Itachi sealed him in an never ending genjutsu with his Sword of Kusanagi, so technically he shouldn't be "dead", but living in an eternal genjutsu much like Kabuto right now, only not in the physical world.
Actually the first think Tobi stated to Kabuto about Edo Tensei is that "it could be seen as the most powerful jutsu ever created", Edo Tensei itself can cause the start of entire wars. It is obviously capable of ruling the ninja world by having it. They don't have a stash of DNA at all, and nobody knows that they have this scroll besides Sasuke, Jugo, and Suigetsu. Nobody else knows at all. Does not matter if he is up or on the ground, lets give the old man some respect has been doing better than all the other kages and i dare say the other kages combine. he is suppose to be the one with the least chakra reserve and after weaknessing the terror of perfect susano'o he is still not willing to bare down in defeat but rather die like the shinobi he is unlike that water woman. How did she become a kage anyway ? with such weak resolve after this war she should take resolve classes from naruto that is if she makes it alive. Orochimaru began conducting experiments with Hashirama DNA 26 yrs ago (at Yamato's birth). This was 10 yrs prior to Tobi's fox attack, ~12-14 yrs prior to the Uchiha massacre...where Tobi might've made any DNA-trade with Danzo and thus allowing Oro to get his hands on it. Oro was already kicked out of Konoha by the fox attack though.
Orochimaru is a Sannin of infathomable power, tough enough to escape from Akatsuki without them even caring about him. Most criminal organizations and even villages hunt down missing nin, you do not let a ninja defect to go snitching to other organizations meaning either, Tobi was a bit timid about actually being able to defeat orochimaru.
The chapter was called the "third power." could this mean that orochimaru is also a power in this war himself? We have the alliance, kabuto/tobi, orochimaru? Kishi has finally picked up the pace and maybe we'll see some deaths coming our way. It seems it is called the Third Power because Tobi, and Madara won't be the only ones pulling the strings. Oro is the third power. This really is making me think that Orochimaru knows who Tobi is...Most likely the opposing force of Madara, a Senju...
So I just found a pretty good site called cwmalls.com and here are some nice things I found in this site, just take a look about it:
